Wohoo -- 197.8 on the scale today. Inching back away from the crazy 200 mark.
Plan for today:
B - chike

L - latte
S - yogurt & berries
S (post xfit) - protein shake
D - something with my little man. I may take him out to dinner. Protein & veg & maybe a taste of something else
S - cottage cheese & berries
W1 - 3.7 miles (check)
W2 - crossfit
B: Breakstone's Cottage cheese snack cup w/ 1/2 cup strawberries/blueberries
L: Asian type salad I made myself (chicken, lettuce, sugar free mandarin orange cup, tbsp sliced almonds and Lite Newmans sesame ginger dressing)
S: maybe cottage cheese before working out
D: probably another salad (can't have what the family is having)
Exercise: will be done
Vitamins: done
Water: 55 ounces so far - more to come.

S- sugar free fudgsicle or Jello and possibly a mixed greens salad if very hungry

Hello! My plan was to not weigh myself for a couple of weeks (last weighed in 1 week ago), and then get a weight at my 1 month follow-up to avoid obsessing over the scale for the 3-week stall. This morning I couldn't resist and pulled the scale down from where I had hidden it out of site in the closet - it wouldn't work, needs new batteries! Hahahaha, that's what I get for straying from my plan.
B - 1 egg cooked in 1/2 t olive oil with 1/2 oz avocado.
S - Proti water mid-morning
L - tuna packet with 1 T dill relish
S- 2 oz refried beans with 2 t shredded cheese
D - Ricotta Bake
S - I'm really into SF popsicles or fudgsicles at night...so probably that.
V - not yet
W - 24 oz in so far
E - will walk for 1 hour and MAYBE mow the lawn...have to check the weather and see if I can procrastinate on that this week.
