How do you relieve workout soreness without Advil?
Oh man, why would you want to get rid of that pain?! I work out with heavy weights 4 days week or so, and have for years... I LONG for that pain! Sometimes I'll stop working out for a week or two just so when I go back I'll get some lactic acid built up and release it. That pain is like a high for me :)
Chris, that's why you have "Tuf" in your name. LOL

Epsom salts are great for sore muscles! Dump a cupful in a warm bath and soak for a while. You can even get them with eucalyptus oil so it smells pretty.

There is a holistic option called Arnica 30C. After a lot of acid issues and a second hiatel hernia I no longer do Nsaids. Post op recover from my most recent surgery I use it, and it is helpful. Worth a try.
