Hi Everyone,

Happy weekend!  I'm reorganizing my house today, since we just finished the reconstruction after our burst pipe at the end of February.  So lots of foot-steps and lots of flights of stairs.  The scale is down a bit since I gave up the carbs.  Good news.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - orange-basalmic chicken with spinach - a new recipe - yum!

Lunch2/snack  -  meatballs and cheddar cheese

Dinner -  crustless mushroom quiche

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - housework and walking

Hey Carol, I just wanted to thank you for posting what you eat every day....I'm having surgery 4/20 and this board gives me a good picture of what eating is like after the dust settles (and I'm picking up some great meal ideas...a.k.a. all those crustless quiches!!).  Have a great weekend!

shake, shake, shake, lean cuisine shake

walked for an hr this morning but was really low energy so kept a slightly less vigorous pace. Spent some time vacuuming and re-arranging furniture before work.

I'm in Vegas this weekend with my husband and kids, so trying hard to stay on my plan.  D:Yesterday was a very high carb day, but today was much better.

B: scrambled egg whites with chicken and wonderful fruit

L: miso crusted salmon(yum) with warm goat cheese salad (also yum)

S: home made spicy beef jerky

D: Banana cream Light and Fit Greek yogurt

S: handful of salt and pepper pistachios

V: great

W: also great

E: 13,000 steps

 

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
