Hi Everyone,
It was 20 degrees here when I woke up this morning. We got several inches of snow yesterday! But its April. What happened to spring?
breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche
lunch - I made a ham and green bean casserole with swiss cheese yesterday - yum
lunch2/snack - Philly cheese steak sloppy joes and mashed cauliflower
dinner - something with chicken - I need to shop and cook today
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - walking around the house... I'm still trying to up my walking to help the weight loss.
I'm going to try a new recipe "Orange Balsamic Chicken thighs with Pecans." It has a few carbs from the orange marmalade, but I think it will be within limits...

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - 1 egg scrambled with 2 turkey sausage links (Johnsonville)
Lunch - Light and fit Greek Vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries
Dinner - Baked Chicken with a hint of Old Bay Seasoning and Steamed broccoli and carrots.
Snack - Premiere Protein Chocolate shake ( for the added protein )
W/V/E - looking good for all =)
29 degrees on my way into work today! With that being said the sun is shining brightly and it's put me in a good mood.
We had a work lunch at Cheesecake Factory. They do have a "super foods" & skinny choices on there menu. I went with a salad loaded with turkey and avocado! I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but they had so many options and it was pretty good!

yeah, I think I had a good day.
may do a second snack of my low sugar apple juice as I am thirsty still.
