Pre-Op Day 5
I took my son to a birthday party today and found refusing the food to be pretty challenging. The cake I could surprisingly ignore, but the pizza was really, really a struggle. I ate a few celery sticks as my NUT did say I could have a tiny bit of non-starchy veg per day if needed.
B- Vanilla Premier
S- celery sticks (probably about 1/2 c.)
L- Chocolate Premier
S-Chocolate Premier
D-Lean Cuisine Steak Portobello
S- Chocolate Premier
Vit- I have been slacking on my multi-vitamin because it just makes me super nauseous if I don't eat it with a meal and I forget to take it in the evening with dinner. I might have to move them to the kitchen.
Water - need to get more in today - only have had 4 cups so far.
E - Will walk...another awesome day here.
