If they are not super crispy? Can I add protein powder to my milkshake and have that be my protein shake for the day?

Good one!

Although, given some of the posts I've seen lately, this one doesn't seem all that out-of-left-field.

If I puree a big mac can I have it on my soft food phase?

My surgeon recommends adding lots of ketchup on the fries to help them go down a little easier.

As for the protein powder in your milkshake, abso-******g-lutely! Don't we all do that?

Don't forget to add the protein powder so it will be healthy.  I think Syntrax makes a cake batter flavored protein powder (so the protein doesn't mess up the flavor of your pureed cake).  A little ice cream would help it blend a little better too.
