Well folks! I hit my 3 week stall...I read that it is common for this to happen... but is there anything I can do to push things along that might have worked for some of you all? I know eventually the scale will move again but was just curious if there was anything I could do. Thanks in advance!  BTW I get in at least 60 grams of protein daily...still working on trying to get all of the 64oz of water in daily. Calories daily...not so good right now I still have to force myself to take a few bites of something every few hours.

Just carry on, don't obsess about it and look at the big picture.  There will be weeks when you will lose .8 lbs and weeks when you lose 2.5 - with no rhyme or reason.

The best tip that is almost never taken is STAY OFF the scale. At 3 weeks out, all I cared about was recovering from surgery. I didn't buy a scale till 2 months after surgery and they was one of the best things I did early out.
