Milestone!
Milestone! 65 lbs gone that is never coming back! I'll be 4 months out on Saturday 
Before surgery, I could not do 5 steps without severe back pain. 4 months and 65 lbs less later I can walk several miles without any problems, I can work out, and I can function again like a normal human being. This changed my life in so many ways, and even though the road is certainly not "the easy way out" as some of my friends used to describe it, it is worth every step, every struggle and every victory!
I got my hair cut yesterday, because I am actually for the first time in my life starting to feel quite fabulous. Best decision I ever made for myself! If you're thinking about doing this, don't have any doubt that this will change your life for the better!
