Hi Everyone,

How is the diet going?  My scale broke about a week ago and I finally got it working again to find that I need to lose a few pounds, just as I suspected.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger quiche

Lunch/Snack -  ground beef and cabbage

Dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - I'm going to walk right now!

I hope you are all having a good week.

Carol

Hello,

I'm six weeks post op so I eat very little. Breakfast and lunch are a half premier protein shake with a cheese stick. Mid morning snack is sugar free fruit cup. Dinner is a Greek yogurt. I may also have a P3 if I'm really hungry. Of course I have plenty of water which is about 64oz.

Well that's it. I'm new to this site. Hope to share more.

Thanks !
