Lunch/snack - ground beef and cabbage casserole
Dinner - buffalo chicken

it's another gorgeous day here in TN, it's a pleasure stroll around the cul-de-sac.

S: turkey bone broth

S: tea or coffee with muscle milk vanilla for creamer
D: roasted turkey breast - only another day or two of this, yay
S: isopure/unjury/fage concoction

E: walking
It's been very challenging these last several days, half the time we're at the house and the other at the apartment -- but we're moving tomorrow so hooray!
