Surgery in 3 days but I cheated on my first week and I'm scared it'll get canceled!!!!!!!!!

After reading your posting history I don't think you are anywhere near ready to have WLS. 

Your only 23-24 years old.  Have you even tried to lose the weight on your own? 

If you think WLS is going to be some magic fix I really hate to bust your bubble, but it is not.  There is a lot of work involved in changing your lifestyle.   You will not be able to eat all those sweets that you mentioned in an earlier post as that will make you gain weight.  And with any WLS regain is a very real thing.  Many regain some if not all their weight.

Before you get WLS you really need to seek out a therapist to help you with food issues or you will never succeed.
