NSVs ARE ALWAYS GREAT

I took a shower Saturday (yep it was Saturday lol)  getting ready to go to the Temecula Family Fair.  When I got out of the shower I realized that about a year ago I had to use a beach towel to wrap around me but now I used a regular towel.  Wow.. We went to Old Town Temecula yesterday to a restaurant/bar called the Bank to eat some Mexican food.  The waiter put us in a booth and I had no problem whatsoever sliding in.  Another YIPEEE.. Today, I bought a new sleeveless top (ughh bat wings and wrinkled arms) but I needed one in Navy to go with a pair of shorts--sz XL.  I was wearing 4x-3x when I started my WL journey.  Although I am not losing weight right now (my own doings) my size is changing along with the energy level and so many other positives.  I so love my sleeve.  Yep the restriction is definitely there--showed me on Sunday at the Mexican restaurant.  Love to y'all.. Pam

Wonderful NSV's!

Enjoy your time in sunny So Cal. Temecula is a great starting point for a lot of So Cal sights.

I actually just smiled at myself the other day at the towel NSV too.  Congrats!

That is such a great NSV! I know prior to my sleeve, I could ONLY use/buy "bath sheets" because regular towels would not close around me. Not the case anymore! I love going to a hotel and knowing I can use one towel and walk around! WTG!!!

I recently stayed in a hotel for the first time post-op.  I was THRILLED that the hotel towel fit around me!  How exciting are all these things we get to (re-)discover?!
