What cha eating today, VSGers? - Saturday

Hi all,

Happy weekend, everyone.  I've been cooking today, and I made a cabbage and ground beef casserole that was simple but health and tasty.  I made balsamic chicken thighs, buffalo chicken and Chicken with Kalamata olives and tomatoes.  I have no excuses for not sticking to plan!

 

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - cabbage and ground beef casserole

snack/extra meal - crustless cheeseburger quiche

dinner - buffalo chicken

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - walking....
