What cha eating today, VSGers? - Friday

Happy Friday everyone,

 

I'm still struggling to stick to plan.  I'm still eating comfort foods in the middle of the night, and its not on plan.  I'm slowly gaining.

 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - Ground beef and cabbage casserole - yum

Snack - humus and puffed wheat crackers

Dinner - philly cheese steak sloppy joes 

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - walking - soon

Next?

S: sugar free chocolate/vanilla swirl pudding cup

D: 1/2 cup chicken and white bean chili

S: 1 power crunch protein bar french vanilla flavor

Vitamins: good

water: work in progress

Excercise: busy today, just did 12 min cardio excercise video on youtube
