I'm still struggling to stick to plan. I'm still eating comfort foods in the middle of the night, and its not on plan. I'm slowly gaining.

Lunch - Ground beef and cabbage casserole - yum
Snack - humus and puffed wheat crackers
Dinner - philly cheese steak sloppy joes
