What cha eating today, VSGers? - Wednesday
Hi All,
I'm still trying to stay on track. But I'm still having trouble sleeping at night, and I've been adding a 2AM snack of comfort food. Humus and crackers or cheese and cracker or nuts. Not terrible, but extra calories none-the-less. Sigh
Breakfast - Salmon
Lunch - cheeseburger and acorn squash
Dinner - Chicken florentine
vitamins - like clockwork
water - good
exercise - walking

B: 1/2 Dannon light and fit greek yogurt in strawberry cheesecake flavor, two slices turkey bacon.
L: 2.5 ounces light deli turkey meat and a light mozzarella cheese stick.
D: same as lunch
S: slice of turkey bacon, a 1/8th of a mint chocolate chunk quest bar baked into a cookie
W: Good
V: Will take at work they're packed into my lunch box
E: Walking on my lunch as always, hopefully can hike again this weekend now that my legs are mostly back to normal and there is only a 20% chance of rain on Sunday which is my Saturday.
it's been a long day of appointments.. glad it's over :)
