I LOVE jelly beans. But did you know that 1 jelly bean = 1 gram carbs! So if you have a handful, that could possibly be = approx 30 grams of carbs! Sad.

Oh but my favorite are the Reece peanut butter eggs!!!  I've seen them at the store a lot lately.  Do they make sugar free jelly beans so you can have a couple?

They make sugar free jelly beans the same way they make sugar free gummy bears.

Go to Amazon and read reviews of sugar free gummy bears.

Remind yourself that jelly beans will be around next year and the year after that and the year after that. You can have a few at another time. For now you are CHOOSING to not eat them to focus on your health and weight loss. Remember, those jelly beans will always be there for you. No urgency to eat them whatsoever. They will always be available - when you choose and on your terms.

Everyone is going to hate me around here but I'm not buying candy this year.  No No No No.  My sister and her son/family will be here with their 2 1/2 year old.  We will be celebrating easter on Saturday, so they can have their easter candy on Easter in the car!!  lol.  We will color eggs and have a hunt, but those eggs can be used for the deviled eggs for dinner.  My sister at one point out grew her celiacs disease as a child.  But as she dwells deeper into her 50's, its raising its ugly head again.  So dinner will be Gluten Free, i.e. low carb.

I'm trying to find some lamb to roast for dinner (if nice enough, GRILL) and will be trying out the recipe for Cloud Bread.  I'm looking forward to finding a new way to cook.
