What cha eating today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Hi Everyone,
Its a cloudy day in Boston. I'm back on plan, trying to lose a few pounds I put on due to stress eating.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche
Dinner - chicken florentine
snack/4th meal - phily cheese steak sloppy joes
vitamins - good
water - ok
exercise - I haven't been doing much lately... this is not good.
So what cha eating today?

I hope you feel better soon. Its such a dreary day here, too. That doesn't help.

Pre op protein shakes for me!! It's a pretty cloudy day on the gulf coast as well, so it makes them a little harder to go down. Lol.
Dreary here in DC today too although the sun is finally popping out!
Breakfast: 2 HB eggs with Teaspoon of mayo & mustard
Snack: 2 pieces of String Cheese & small banana
Lunch was eating most of the chicken and noodles out of a Healthy Choice Chicken soup and some raw veggies with hummus
Will probably have an orange for my afternoon snack
Dinner will be one small BBQ on a small bun and some cut up veggies....and a protein shake for later on......am trying to get back to eating my 'sleeve' diet and eating more
tuna...greek yogurt....cottage cheese...and chicken & fish. One day at a time!
Oh and I am trying to increase my water too this week!

It's snowing in Idaho and cloudy :( I just want spring!
B: 1 slice turkey bacon half of a Dannon light and fit Strawberry Cheesecake Greek yogurt.
L: 2.5 oz light turkey lunch meat and 2 slices turkey bacon on 1/2 low carb tortilla
D: Same as lunch
S: chocolate protein shake made with 1 scoop protein and 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Water: on track
Vitamins: not yet I'll have them at work after lunch
Exercise: walking inside on my lunch took a super hard hike this weekend and my legs are feeling it so I might only 30 minutes of walking verses my normal 45
chocolate protine shake
decaf coffee
yogurt
chocolate peanut butter protien shake
pho soup starter broth with hoisin sauce and rooster sauce (the best liquid ive found yet!)
not sure whats for dinner yet...soup of some sort or a shake
