I am 9 weeks out tomorrow. I have lost 52.6 lbs. I lost this all with diet. I have not started exercising yet. We are in the process of moving and after we are settle I plan to join a gym.

A walk sounds like a good stress reliever to me! I am only 6 days post-op so my day will be clear liquids, nectar protein shakes, sf jello and sf popsicles.... I am also going to try to walk a bit outside today.

I'm with you Carol - at the high end of my range and my spring clothes felt tight last week on vacation - not good

B:  1/2 chike vanilla packet with 1/2 cup strawberries and almond milk

L:  2 oz turkey breast, lettuce, Ken's light italian

D:  1/2 hamburger, veg or a hot dog (not my first choice but I only have 3 burgers and feeding 4 people)

S:  maybe a no sugar added fudgesicle or an orange

E:  hopefully a walk before the rain comes in

L:  doing well

V:  working on it

Now that it feels like Spring outside in NC I need to to start finding things to do outside.

Breakfast - Omelet egg muffin and bacon

first time posting my food. I'm 6 weeks post-op down 25 since surgery. I feel like I'm eating much different then some of you. Concerned if I'm doing this right but following my clinic rules.

 

here goes:

all my servings total a half cup or less. I cant eat more then that.

B: Greek yogurt with bran flakes

S: Baby bell light

L: Squash/lentil soup

S: Bean salad

D: Chili with 1/4 avocado

S: Greek yogurt with protein cereal.

V: Done

W: Pretty good

E: Walk

also doing more beans this week...eggs don't sit well. Chicken and turkey are heavy and I don't like that. My clinic wants me to get protein from foods not shakes. Although I am wondering if I can really get the protein in like this.
