Hi All,

I'm still dealing with high stress at home, and I've hit my upper limit for weight gain, so I'm going to have to stop comforting myself with food for a while.  I won't let the stress get the better of me!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger quiche

Dinner - chicken florentine

vitamins on track

water - ok

exercise - I'm going to walk today.  Maybe it will help with the stress.

Next?

Yep!

This is the recipe I use. It hasn't failed me so far. I usually make s double-portion for the hubby, as well.

do the patches work? my NUT told me skin is a barrier and I should be doing chewables.. BUT they are nasty... I bought the patches and have been using them but I'm trying to eat some vitamins when I can.

I know of several people who use them and not only have their labs been great some have even improved. I've been using them for a month now and feel better than when I took oral ones. I have problems with my stomach so they have been perfect for me. You leave them on for 12 hrs. So I just put them on before I go to bed and take them off the next day, then they aren't even noticable.
