What cha eating today, VSGers? - Sunday
Hi All,
I hope you are having a joyful Sunday. I'm still trying to get my house organized. We had pipes freeze while we were away on vacation, so we have two rooms that are empty and being reconstructed and the rest of the house is loaded with extra furnishings, and boxes and boxes. I'm trying to sort and discard old stuff that has accumulated, so at least some good will come from this disaster. My stress level is thru the roof and I've been fighting the urge to buy cakes and boxes of cookies, and pumpkin pies. I haven't found a cure for stress to replace the carbs.
I have been giving into the urge to eat humus and wheat thins, so I'm probably gaining some weight. Once I can unpack my scale, I'll know for sure. sigh Once my home is back to normal, I'll deal with the weight.
Breakfast: chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes - yum
Lunch - seasoned hamburger and cheese and acorn squash
Dinner - chicken Florentine - yum
snack - humus and crackers
vitamins - on track
water - ok
exercise - I'm going to try to walk a bit today
