What cha eating today, VSGers? Friday
Hi all,
I'd like to get this thread going again because it helps me keep to plan.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - seasoned hamburger with cheese and squash
dinner - chicken florentine
vitamins - on track
water - need more
exercise - walked a mile this AM
I love the chicken Florentine. I'll post the recipe on the recipe forum.

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385, Surgery Weight 333, Current Weight 160. At GOAL!

It is fun! Plus it helps give people ideas of what they could be eating
Breakfast - Egg beater muffin with turkey sausage crumbles
Lunch - 3 ounces of ground beef
Dinner - 3 ounces of grilled chicken
Snack - Light mini babybel cheese
vitamins - Wearing a patch, hoping it works!
water - Working on it now
Age: 34 / Height 5' 8" / Starting weight July 2015: 446.0 lbs / Surgery Date & Weight: 1/19/16 - 320.4 / Lost pre-op: 125.6lbs / Goal Weight: 180 lbs

B: unjury/fage concoction .. I liked it, a mild tasting chocolate yogurt
L: hickory smoked tuna packet
D: turkey pastrami and swiss crisps
S: tea with premier vanilla
V/W: on track
E: walked a little but will walk more later

B- half premier chocolate protein shake
s- 2 cubes of cheddar cheese
L- 2oz of chicken with red onions and spinach
s- same as lunch
D- lemon pepper salmon with onions
w- on track
v- wearing patches
e- need more
