ARE YOU ALLOWED TO EAT THE SF FUDGE-SICLES?

They have more calories (40 per pop) compared to the SF fruit pops (15 per pop).  I have them occasionally as a treat, but didn't start until months after surgery.  It's all about the protein early on... :)

I stuck to protein shakes only and my 4 ounces of lean meat for dinner at night for my preop diet which was 2.5 weeks.  You need a lot of protein for faster healing was what I was told plus I lost a lot of weight in that time.

May I ask how much you lost in those 2.5 weeks? What did ypu consume daily (# of shakes). Thanks!

They were allowed on my post-op full liquids diet, so probably yes.  But it's always best to check with your program.
