JUST CURIOUS

Just curious if anyone else is having surgery (VSG) March 10th?? Maybe we can keep track of each others success!! My day is coming up so fast and I am sooo anxious and excited!!

I am having mine on March 8th. It's funny how I went from being only excited to now being really nervous. I know it's the best thing I can do for myself, but holy heck am I on an emotional roller coaster these past 2 days!

I had my surgery on 2/23 and I felt exactly the same, I couldn't wait for the day to come and then, I was so nervous in the days before the surgery - but thank god, everything went well, im well on my way to losing weight. Good Luck to you !!

My surgery is on the 8th as well.  I too am so nervous that I was in tears earlier this morning!!  Anxiety is getting the best of me.  

I am having mine on March 12. I am 2 weeks of 3 in to my pre-op liquid diet. cant wait

I'm March 14th, I'll friend anyone who wants to keep track of us who are going in March!  I'm on day 5 of my pre-op diet... shake, bar, shake, bar... /sigh   Honestly it's not been bad, it's just weird bouts of hunger that creep up on me which is annoying. But the scale is moving and I'm happen to keep drinking the juice so to speak. 

TJ not sure what kind of bars you're eating but if they are Quest bars you can make cookies with them and they're really good and maybe it will make them less of a pain to eat? http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2015/07/quest-protein-bar-cookies.html

Interesting idea, thanks.  The ones I have are from a place my doctor told me to order them from.  After 5days I'm just a bit worn out from them is all.  Only 9 more days of eating them and heck the first few days outa sugery I'll probably love to be able to eat one... Grass is always greener lol 

Nice to see there are quite a few ppl out there having surgery around my time. I am doing soo much better with my liquid diet...it was so hard at first but I'm seeing pounds just melt away on this diet and that keeps me going!! Please feel free to friend me so we can keep track of each other. I'll be seeing you all real soon on the Losers Bench!!
