CONGRATS!! Was that all post op? Can you share your plan?

I lost 25 during my 2 week pre-op but the rest is post op. I try to stay between 700-800 calories.

I ensure protein is my first thing I eat at any meal. I eat mostly protein and very little veggies (usually only a bite or two is all I have room for)

I weigh and measure everything I do eat. Drink my water, crystal light, unsweet tea

Exercise is a key for me. I walk daily at least 30 minutes.

My doc does not like drinking the protein drinks and insists on concentrating on getting protein by eating the protein instead of drinking it. I know this is different than most on here but it is working and I get my protein in. I do add protein powder to my greek yogurt, SF pudding and anything else I can to give me even more.

I've had only minor issues mostly from eating too fast. It really has been easy for me to keep on track since I've changed my eating habits and thoughts of food as energy and survival vs food enjoyment.

Congratulations Tink!  Good job!

Can I ask what does a typical day for your eating looks like?  Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner?

I like to see what others are eating.  I've lost 41 since surgery and it just seems to be coming off so slow.

Thanks
