4 months post of on 2/26/16. My weight loss had drastically slowed. I have been on a stall for almost 4 weeks. I document my food every day, drink over 60 oz of water, take my vitamins daily... I walk and move around a lot at work (I'm a nurse).

Is this the norm for 4 months post op? Just curious. Thanks

How many calories are you eating per day?  I recommend drinking more water too.

yore than 4 weeks with no weight loss is maintenance not a stall.

You will probably have to drop your calories lower to start losing again.

The water is definitely lower than it should be. It would give everyone a better idea of if your food intake is OK if you posted some examples of what/how much you're eating. Are you sticking to protein first, and NO carbs (except for a tiny bit from veggies)? Are you drinking calories (shakes, etc.)?

I am in the same boat! Almost 5 months (on the 5th). I have been bouncing aroun the same  5 pounds for 3 weeks. I will be lucky to have lost 5 lbs this month. I am going to really up my water and see if that helps.

It looks like most of your protein is in the shake, why not start eating more dense protein? Carb count? Usually as I worked my way down I had to play with the numbers to get the scale moving again.

Hmmmm.... this is a stumper. If you're accurate, you're under 500 calories for the day. Are you eating anything extra that you did not mention above? A bite here or there? Fruit, vegetables, other carbs? Only thing I can suggest is to weigh and track ALL your food each and every day.

Where are you getting your numbers from?  I ask because 2oz of baked tilapia with NOTHING on it is 73 calories and 14.8 grams of protein.  1 oz of turkey jerky is 100 calories and 19 grams of protein.  These are from www.calorieking.com which have been pretty spot on when I check their stats against nutrition labels.

You can't just eyeball and wing it, you need to measure/weigh out correctly and track correctly what you eat.

The snacks you listed at the end are they eaten throughout the day or just twice a day?

Hi! I have a scale and weigh all my foods. I get my calories and nutritional values from the app I use to document all my foods, "lose it". The snacks I put at the end are samples of what I snack on at times. No more than twice a day.
