3 antagonizing pounds
I have 3 pounds to lose to hit 100! grateful for sure ! but I want them gone. and they just wont go away. its been these same 3 pounds for 2 weeks. ive upped water intake, calorie intake ive changed it up and down, and started walking more and more each day. they are just hanging out! so irritating !
Keep calories between 600-800, up your protein to 100 grams per day, drop your carbs to below 20 or 30 (whatever you can tolerate), and chug water back like your life depends on it. Stick with it for a week without "changing things up". I think you'll find the results pleasing. May not be 3 pounds, but it'll be something!
You'll hit it when you least expect it. Just keep pluggin along. It is irritating as hell waiting for that number, this is when that patience is a virtue mantra kicks in. lol Keep up the good work.

went to see a nutritionist she thinks my calorie intake was at a maintenance stage 4 mo. out. she told me to up it to 1000 or at most 1200 calories. since I bumper it to that the scale has started moving about a pound. so I have 1.9 pounds until I hit my 1st 100! just 160 ish left to go !
