3 months out -- update
Tomorrow it will be 3 months after my surgery. I have a follow up with my surgeon tomorrow morning. I am currently at 261 lbs which means I lost 56 lbs in 3 months. That is a whole lotof weight I no longer haul with me. I can honestly say this surgery has and continues to change my life. Yes we have our hard days and our downs, yes it's not always easy, but it is so worth it. My bloodwork showed I am doing great, my blood pressure is down from a whopping 155/110 to a normal 110/70. All my levels are where they need to be and I am starting to become a healthier version of my old self. On to the next month!
