Hey all, not being the best fat wise today (it's high) but I'm starting to get so sick (literally nauseous/tummy ache) from protein shakes I needed a day with a break from them I'm sure I'll go back to having one tomorrow or Wednesday.
B: Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage and 1/2 dannon oikos triple zero in coconut cream
L: Ricotta Pancake with a smidgen butter and sugar free maple syrup
D: cauliflower crust pizza topped with cheese and maybe pepperoni if I feel frisky.

W: on track
E: going on my first hike on the hill in my town, we'll see how long I last hoping I can make an hour if I take it slow and drink lots of water.
I know about crazy days too. We're finishing up with the house going back and forth between the house and apartment, lots to do before moving day on 3/24.
