I'm going to try to use this support system more.
Stacy, I'm not a what you eating type of poster but did want to welcome you back. You are ahead of me in the process and I learned much from your postings especially when I first started with OH.
So, this is just another phase that we will all face to some degree or another. I am sure that you will navigate it just fine tho I am sure it feels wobbly right now.

Hi stacy,
Welcome back. I just returned from a 4 week vacation, and have a little remedial work to do, too! () Its hard to manage the diet while traveling!
I've been cooking up my favorite low-cal, low-carb recipes so I'm ready to eat right again.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - crack slaw
Dinner - Buffalo chicken with wheat thins (I know, not so low carb or low cal! )
snack - I'm going to try to avoid the humus and chips, and eat a serving of philly cheese steak sloppy joes instead. We'll see how I do!
water - good
vitamins - good
exercise - I'm taking a break due to jet lag. But I walked a ton while traveling...

VSG on 04/28/2014
Happy Monday, everyone!
It's been a good day so far. I've been overweight for most of my life, and the last 4 years, I've put on extra pounds. Thanks to my VSG, I've lost 50 lbs since my surgery 11.23.15. At my heaviest adult weight, I really avoided people (especially men), as I could feel them judging me for my size. I know it wasn't in my mind. Well, today, I was talking to a man at work and my friends told me after he'd left that he'd been flirting with me! Me! I said no way, but they insisted he was. So, as a result, I feel a little pretty today. :) I haven't felt that way in a long, long time. Anywho, that's my story for the day.
What's on the menu?
B: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt and iced coffee with cream and agave
S: Dried Chick Peas
L: Fresh spinach, colby jack cheese, leftover steak, and bleu cheese vinaigrette
S: Mr. Cheese O's
D: Still thinking... I have some fresh chicken thighs, so maybe that with some white cheddar Brussels Sprouts
V: Forgot them at home
E: Still lazy, but I bought myself some resistance bands!
Have a great rest of your day, everyone. As my old boss used to say, "Make the rest of your day the best of your day!"
