Hi All,
I'm back on plan after a month of travel.
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken and broccoli alfredo with parm cheese
dinner - phily cheese steak sloppy joes
snack - red pepper humus with corn chips (I know... Not quite on plan!)
water - good
exercise - not good. I'm taking a few days for jet-lag.
vitamins - good

Hey, I'm slightly tardy to this party but it is still Saturday in my neck of the woods.
B: Protein shake made with 2 scoops chocolate protein, 1/2 Dannon Oikos Triple Zero in Coconut cream.
L: 1 oz Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage.
D: 1/2 a chicken Italian sausage with peppers in it.
S: None I wasn't super hungry today.
W: Done
V: Done
E: Walking on my lunch at work like always lol but I might take a hike in the woods tomorrow.
