I caved.. I went to the store despite knowing I had stuff here to use up and I blame kelly and her s'more sf syrup that sounded so tasty lol  

I spent some time stalking the aisles looking for items high in protein. tuna! 16g in a 2oz serving.. yay 

 

B: protein shake concoction 

L: low sodium albacore tuna with garlic and wine seasoning

S: turkey bone broth

D: grilled deli chicken breast and swiss 

S: 5 oz premier vanilla protein shake

V/W: on track

E: walking

Stats: calories: 492, carbs: 11, fat: 9, protein: 90

Do you mean you should be thanking me for suggesting that syrup because it is fabulous? lol!

B: Protein shakes with two scoops chocolate protein, coconut milk,  half of a Dannon Oikos Triple Zero in banana cream

L: 2.5 oz Jenni-O turkey breakfast sausage

D: 2.5 oz Cracked Pepper Turkey

S: A Frigo Light cheese stick

V: Taken

W: on track

E: Walking around the office for 45 minutes on my lunch

Totals: 644 Calories, 28g Carbs, 17g Fat, 91g protein, 6g sugars
