How to get organized/post op food & working f/t

Eating at work is totally normal for me post-op. Typically I do try to plan out my meals on a Sunday but 9 times out of 10, what I do is pack away a 4 oz portion of my dinner from the night before as my lunch the next day. For breakfast (which I also eat at work), I typically either bring in some cold cuts and cheese, or make bacon-wrapped egg muffin cups on Sunday night to microwave throughout the week for breakfast (recipe here).

I get a lot of my recipes from pinterest ( searching for low-carb meals) and eat between 700-1000 calories a day and have since the beginning. Shakes really don't do anything for me - in terms of feeling satisfied - so I don't use them at all, and haven't since I was about a week out.

If we order out at my job, I also still participate and just get something small or have lunch left for 2-3 days.
