Do any of you use "MyFitnessPal"? If so, I can use some support not only here, but on "My FitnessPal" too. Some of the weight I've lost some of that weight came back. I'm trying to lose that weight that came back on and so far I've lost 5 pounds of that weight that came back on. If you want I can send you a friend request on "MyFitnessPal" if that's okay with you?

Hey.. You have done a fantastic job in getting down bunches and bunches. Yes, we tend to get a little slack as the time goes by, a little taco here and a half biscuit there. It ends up sneaking back up. The good thing is to catch it before it gets TOO far outta hand. I got sleeved last March (2015) and have lost almost 100lbs from high weight. I did hit that century mark for short time. My weight has been pretty steady for the past couple of months at around 170-173 so I unintentionally have put myself into maintenance too soon. I still want to lost about 15 more lbs. I have used MFP the entire time but have not been consistent those few months, thus the weight gain I am sure. It does help to log the food in and be honest about it with yourself, then look back at it the end of the day and say to oneself " Holy s***. that is way too many carbs. And look at what you consumed and where to tweak and what NOT to eat. I would be glad to have you as a friend on MFP if you care to add me. I keep my food log diary open to the public so anyone can view it and make any comment they wish. When I am bad, I log that too. You can see we are all human and will slide now and then. The good part is having friends to cheer us on and be there when we pick ourselves up and spur us onward. That is what is so good about this forum here on OH. So many vets so willing to do just that. I thank all of my acquaintances that I have made on here and love them for their support. I just hope that someday I can pay it forward and be support and perhaps some inspiration for someone. I just turned 66 years of age and was hesitant about WLS at my age. If anyone else is reading this and considering it, don't hesitate. Get it done. You won't regret it. Wish I had done it sooner for sure. Good luck and come back here daily just to check in and read what others have gone through or are going through. Plenty of good advice on here too. Pam
Hi, Thank you. You got that right. True, old habits really do die hard. Indeed we have to catch it before it get TOO far outta hand. I got Sleeved in June (2010), my heaviest weight was 565 pounds and I did get down to my lowest weight of 153.5, but being at 153.5 pound I became to thin and I had to do something to stop my weight their, now my weight is at 217 pounds and I would like to get between 185 and 195. Good to hear that your weight have been pretty steady, I myself need to lose about 25 pounds or so I can feel better about myself. I've been the same with MFP until the end of January (2016) and here on OH. You got that right about logging food! Yup. Same here would be glad to have you too as a friend on MFP, what's your username do you go by on MFP? I myself go by Watson_20. At some point I'll open up my food log diary to the public. True, we are all human and slide now and then. Yup. I feel the same way as you do about OH. True. That's good, me too. You will! Indeed. Same here with me about wishing in getting the WLS done sooner! Thank you, I will, good luck to you too. Indeed plenty of good advice. Watson.
