Happy Saturday everyone!

 

B: Protein shake made with 2 scoops protein powder, greek yogurt, coconut milk and s'mores sugar free syrup

L: 2.3oz Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

D: 2.5 oz Jenni-o turkey breakfast sausage

S: Pepperoni chips with a dollop of pizza sauce and a piece of mozzarella string cheese on each, they taste like pizza yum.

W: I'm on track to meet by end of day

V: As soon as I am done with my protein shake

E: walking on my 45 minute lunch at work

B:  1 fried egg, 1/2 slice toast 1 sausage patty

S:  protein smoothie, i.e. 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana, 3 tblsp. frozen raspberries, 1 scoop Unjury vanilla protein powder, 1 NutraSweet packet.

L:  3/4 cup chicken chili with black beans

S:  lowfat cheese "BabyBel"

D:  1/2 brat, 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce, 3/4 cup of salad greens with sweet vinaigrette, a tablespoon of feta and 1 tablespoon of almonds and dried cranberries, 1 small wedge of grilled potato
