B: Protein shake made with 2 scoops protein powder, greek yogurt, coconut milk and s'mores sugar free syrup
L: 2.3oz Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
D: 2.5 oz Jenni-o turkey breakfast sausage
S: Pepperoni chips with a dollop of pizza sauce and a piece of mozzarella string cheese on each, they taste like pizza yum.
W: I'm on track to meet by end of day
V: As soon as I am done with my protein shake
E: walking on my 45 minute lunch at work
