Whatcha eating today VSGers?

Morning (well it's my morning since I work late and stay up late lol) all what are we eating today?
B: Ricotta pancakes with a smidge of butter and sugar free syrup.
L: Slow cooked pork chop
D: 16 oz of chocolate protein shake with coconut flavoring in them (tastes like an Almond Joy)
S: 1.8 oz of Trader Joe's light brie, 7 special K cracker chips to eat said brie on.
V: Not yet I always get them in after breakfast which I'm currently working on.
W: Not yet but I will hit 64 or more oz before midnight, I always do.
E: Going back to work after 2 sick days so walking around the lower floor for 45 minute lunch.
Nutrients: 700 cals/33 carbs/25 fats/91 protein so a good day for where I like to keep my numbers.
Bonus NSV: I've lost 40 lbs since surgery so just 10 more pounds to my first goal which is lose 50lbs from surgery. :)

Lunch: Greek yogurt, honey, Soy Nutlettes
S: Protein cinnamon toast pretzel sticks (Kays Naturals)
Derail: tapioca pudding, 1/6 of a croissant. Need to get the junk food out, but my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled today so this is for her. Should be gone soon enough.
D: Salmon, asparagus. Buttered noodles are an option, but likely won't touch that due to already doing crappy processed carb.
S. Not sure, but I will need something to get my protein up.

busy day.. had my a month post op (had it at 5 weeks though due to a snowstorm) - down 28 lbs, wh00t
yay!, cleared for adding shaved turkey and chicken, seafood and some cheese
B: isopure java pro (caramel)
S: turkey bone broth
L: nectar cappuccino with carb master milk
S: chicken bone broth
D: parmesan crusted cod
S: if I am feeling peckish, a cup of jilly's sf gelatin
V: on track
W: behind but I'll catch up
E: walking
How do you like the nectar capichino? My nut suggested it as I'm currently working on getting rid of a Starbucks addiction before my pre-op.

The cake is a lie, but Starbucks is not.
I liked it.. I initially mixed it with 8 oz of carb master milk as directed but it was too strong tasting to me so I ended up adding another 3 oz. of milk. It mixed smoothly with a spoon.
B: 3 ounces of scrambled egg beaters
L: 3 ounces of green chili chicken
D: 3 ounces of green chili chicken
S: String cheese
V: I am using the patchMD multi vitamin patch and I have taken my calcium
E: Not done yet, still need more steps
I am on soft foods now and loving it!
