Haven't seen anyone post this in awhile.
Breakfast: Turkey Breakfast Sausage and Half a Dannon Oikos Triple Zero in Salted Caramel
Lunch: Cracked Pepper Chicken wings
Dinner: A protein shake with two scoops of protein powder
S: Probably won't have one but if I do a light string cheese
W: Behind but I'll get caught up
V: Done
E: I'm staying home sick from work because of lady issues and can barely move from pain so probably not a lot.
Should get 86 grams of protein and under 20 carbs and under 650 cals for the day
B: latte
L: custard (wl friendly)
S: Greek yogurt
D: Pot roast
S: Fiber cereal/milk

I really need to post this every day, or I can get off track.
B: Premier protein chocolate shake
S: light string cheese
L: post of an enchilada omelette with cottage cheese and tomatoes
S: homemade Greek yogurt (made in the Instant Pot)
D: Chicken with peppers over spaghetti squash
E: Hiked 3.77 miles in Crystal Cove in Newport Beach, CA. Had an elevation gain of over 60 flights of stairs
V: almost finished, one more calcium with dinner
L: way over 64 ounces. Hiking makes me drink a lot, especially when it's over 85 like it is here right now.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
I felt blah all day today.. I tried a soft scrambled egg last night and it didn't sit well, I can eat hard boiled eggs but not soft scrambled it seems
B: isopure java pro
L: egg drop soup
D: half a hard boiled egg and 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
S: protein shake so I can get my protein in for the day
E: sleeping counts.. right? I slept a lot today.. I'll probably be up all night now, lol
V: all done
W: behind, but catching up
B - scrambled egg made with vanilla almond milk.
S - 1/2 cup of green seedless grapes
L - Priemer Protien chocolate shake
D - Tuna with diced onion/green peppers a dab of light Hellmans mayo on cracked pepper triscuits.
Water- all day long..
Vit and Excer - done and walking the most I can with some free weights later after work.

Running 6 miles- wow! I can barely tolerate driving 6 miles!!

GoBlue where are you getting high protein English muffins? I miss bread products so much but feel like I can never justify the carbs but I could if there was high protein involved. Also how much protein how many carbs pretty please? :)
Thomas brand makes high protein english muffins. If you noticed I said I had 1/2 of one. They are not loaded with protein, but for an entire one its 7 grams and 26 grams of carbs. Now you know why I have 1/2 of one. I'm not one who is in the no carb camp. I do eat some carbs. I also eat a lot of Flatout light. They have 9 grams of protein and 14 grams of carbs.
