I wont wear everyone out with pictures, but I had to share. I have a way to go, but I feel like I am living life again. The outward appearance is only a fraction of the positive experience. I feel better than I have in 20 years. I was so afraid because of the lap band, but this is like day and night. I am so glad that I did this, and the support I received on this board was instrumental in my making that decision. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH.

I don't miss throwing up every bite of food I eat. Making healthy choices is so important for me right now because I got into some bad habits with the band. I'm happy to be able to eat vegetables and some fruit again!
