I love the hard cider idea- my hubby makes an awesome cherry hard cider that would be great with pork! I will have to try this!

Try it in your turkey recipes too. When I made my thanksgiving turkey, I put a bottle in the roasting pan. I didn't think that little would impact the flavor, but it really did!

If I can ever find turkey breast for a decent price around here, I'll try it in the IP.
