Half the man I used to be. lol
Its official. In 15 months, Ive lost HALF of my body weight. Can you belive that? Kinda hard to wrap my head around that.
Still loosing too, slow but sure. Life has changed for me.
I havent weighed a portion, or gone hungry in over 4 months. I GOT THIS!
What a ride!
If I can do it, so can you. Stay excited, and don't beat yourself up when you have a slip. And you WILL have a slip.
Ive had many in the last year or so, only to get back on track and overcome them. Sometimes it takes a week or so, but the scale moves again.
I am truly impressed with the whole process. Completely changed the way I look at (and eat) food.
Its only fuel now, not medication.
Just my 2 cents. Hope your experience is as good as mine has been and continues to be.
EASY? Hell no it aint easy, but is anything worthwhile easy?
If I dont loose another ounce, I am totally thrilled with the results.
Good luck with your journey, enjoy the ride, and inspire others along the way.
IM OUT!
I love my sleeve!
