Power went out for 7 hours last night. Too hot to sleep. Threw off my whole schedule today. Usually, when I'm tired and cranky, food is my go-to for comfort, but not today.

B: Fresh papaya (I never get tired of this!)

L: Shrimp Creole

D: Grilled fish, steamed squash and carrots

S: Coffee w/soy milk

W: On track

V: Done

E: 1-mile walk to restaurant and back

I was super crabby today so I took a nice long nap so I wouldn't inflict my moodiness on others  lol

 

B: muscle milk 100 calorie chocolate

S: chicken bone broth with miralax

L: egg and cottage cheese concoction

S: cinnabon coffee k cup with vanilla premier for creamer

D: healthwise cream of tomato soup with a tablespoon of ricotta cheese

S: more bone broth or a sf jilly's gelatin cup

 

W/V: on track

E: shoveled snow off the deck and walked

I love the days when my hubby and I start out with a long walk.  We walked in the hills in Yorba Linda, CA and could see all the way to Catalina Island when we were at the top of the hill.  It was clear, breezy and beautiful, even though it was pretty warm, even at 8:00.

B: Part of hubby's omelette, with avocado and cottage cheese

S: home made beef jerky

L: salad with filet mignon and avocado

S: Light and Fit Greek yogurt, don't know what flavor yet

D: roast beef with carrots and onions

W: plenty

E: good start, but still need to take my dog for a walk

V: almost done, need more calcium

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Last night I was 14 days post op so I get to move from liquid to food.  So I am introducing one thing at a time.  Last night: 1oz grilled chicken with hummus.  That's all My tummy can hold. 

started the day with 4 oz of protein shake & also drank 8 oz water

B: 1oz scrambled egg (1/2 egg). 

Between: Couple sips of decaf coffee and 12 oz water

L: 1 oz gyro meat with a tablespoon of hummus 

between: discovered iced decaf coffee with birthday cake flavored protein powder!  Yum!

D: 2 oz cod with onions (may only get once ounce but I am plating 2)

evening:  chicken broth with protein

I feel almost completely stuffed almost all the time.  But it doesn't hurt.

no nausea, no pain.  It's all good!

Breakfast- Scrambled egg with cheese

Snack- AdvantEDGE Carb control protein shake and 1/2 oz cheddar cheese

Lunch- 2 oz Mahi Mahi and a few bites of cauliflower

Snack- 1/2 cup edamome

Dinner- 2 oz Mahi Mahi and a few bites of cauliflower (left overs from lunch)

Water- Still working on it right now

Vitamins- on track
