Back on track...Back on track...
So as the title suggests I fell off track, big time! Over the last week I have found myself grazing more but I always tracked it and stayed within in my calorie count. Well yesterday I just plain didn't care and ate a whole cup of puppy chow, 400 calories worth, plus over 120 carbs for the day! At first this really scared me and made me feel guilty. However this morning I have a different outlook and am going to get back on track! I am choosing to look at this as what it is, a slip. Today I am back on plan and back on track, my new mantra! I let myself down but I feel like I let my OH family down too. So posting about it is helping me feel accountable for my actions.
Thanks to all of you for being my support through this whole process and while I get back on track!

I know right. I made it for my daughter I take to school and of course I made extra. It's all gone now but only because I ate it . Next time I will send it all with her!

You didn't let anyone down, Aleyna. Slips, stalls, and other eating errors happen to us all. The only way you would let yourself down is if you didn't learn anything from it. And you have learned -- get it all out of the house as soon as possible before your carb demons start whispering in your ear. Good for you!

Please tell me that puppy chow is a euphemism for something other than dog food???

That's all I could think of too. If you splurge on dog food, you have serious issues.
