Travel day today, so I ate next to nothing. Made sure to drink enough water.
B: Coffee w/soy milk, fresh papaya
L: 2 small ribs, small gin and tonic
D: 2 small ribs
W&V: Done
E: 1/2 hour lap swim in pool
How is everyone else spending Superbowl Sunday?

Having a relaxing day finally. Been really busy this week. Meals did good and hubby isn't whining as much about not eating together now that I am just over 3 months out. Most foods have opened up except full carbs. (bread, pasta, rice etc.).
Breakfast: 2 mini muffin tin egg bakes (ham, turkey & sausage)
Lunch: Beef taco meat and beans with cheese
Dinner: Creamy provolone chicken bake, roasted carrots, unsweetened applesause
Vitamins: On track
snack: Popsicle later, glass of fat free milk w/ half protein scoop
Exercise: Well. Mostly dishes today!

V: complete
W: very good
E: not enough, but plan and changing that tomorrow
I did cheat a little today when I made lemon curd to use up some of our lemons from our tree. I ate about 2 tablespoons of it, but still had only 700 calories today.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
