Hello, everyone. Today has been a weird day. Is there a full moon or something?
Anyway, here's my plan for today:
B: Coffee w/cream, Kind Dark Chocolate and Almond bar (I forgot my yogurt at home. )
S: Mr. Cheese Os
L: Ground chicken w/ ff refried beans and colby jack cheese
S: protein shake
D: Some kind of meat and veggies
W: I've had some. I need to get better at measuring...
V: Mixed w/ Diet V8 Splash
E: Not much yet, because I'm at work. My pedometer reads 2,500 steps.
