Three days after surgery.

The last few days have been a blur. Lots of pain and medication. I am feeling tons better today especially since getting my drain out. I showered shortly after and I feel like a whole new woman! I am keeping fluids down really well. Definitely a slow process, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Thank you all for reading and checking up on me. I am doing great. I'm heading home in the morning which I am a little worried about. A two hour drive then two 2 1/2 hour flights. I'll update again once I get settled in at home.

Good to hear you are doing well. I rode 4 hours home the day after surgery, and it really wasn't that bad. Keep us updated! 

Knowing that has made me feel a little better. Unfortunately I woke up this morning with awful diarrhea. I'm just very anxious to get home.
