And feeling great!

For dinner, I will be making ceviche- not sure if talapia or another type of fish. My mentality regarding food has TOTALLY changed. The good thing is I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. Love my sleeve!

You have no idea how much hope this gives me- we're basically the same height- and I am at your starting weight! You look GORGEOUS! and you sound so happy- which you should be! congrats!!

I need new reading glasses. I thought your title said "Pie included." I was shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED! Then I looked more carefully. You look like a lovely young woman. I'm so glad when young people can take advantage of sleeve surgery before obesity has a chance to undermine their health.

Ceviche is a big thing here in Nicaragua. My favorite is a tuna ceviche at a nearby restaurant. If you have a good recipe, I too would love to see it.
