Pre op diet.. suggestions!?

Sorry, but I absolutely felt like I was starving for the whole 10 days.  :(

I ate hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, turkey bacon, lots of cheese, almonds, tuna, pepperoni, baby pickles, baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower.  I really like Atkins meals/shakes too.  The meals have 20+ grams of protein and they are delicious.  They have little pizzas with only 11 carbs!  It really helps to get through the cravings some days!  The shakes are awesome too.  Very few carbs and a good amount of protein.  My favorite is dark chocolate royale.  Mmm.  Eating things like this, I never went over 30 grams of carbs a day and always had more than 70 grams of protein daily.  Enjoy it!  I'm really missing this diet since being on the post-op liquid diet, lol.  Hope this helped!
