Hey great job Nick. Keep it up. Its so worth the effort. I am over 6 years from my vsg and still down over 100 lbs from my surgery weight. Its well worth the effort. Focus on establishing good eating habits that you can keep for life.  Its important to consider this as a life long change and not just a years diet after which you jump back to old habits.  You have made a great start.
