Yum! what kind of jerky? I've been looking for high protein quick foods.. I found these but can't eat them yet lol
It was Jack Links Original Turkey Strips jerky. For 2oz, it was 140 cal, 4g fat, 9g carb, and a hefty 18g protein. The sodium is a little high, but a typical WLS diet is so low in sodium anyway that it doesn't hurt according to my Nutritionist.
It was a good alternative to my old lifestyle's snacking habits haha!
