B:  1/2 sesame bagel, cored, toasted, 1/2 oz peanut butter

S:  1 cheese stick, 1 wasa cracker

L:  hummus, peppers, carrots, cucumber (raw veg is not sitting well in my stomach)

D:  IDK, hubby is under the weather, so maybe leftovers (chicken piccata for me)

E:  just took a beautiful, long walk - it's 40 here today - that's like summer to us in Boston :D

V:  not yet

L:  yes!

L- Other 1/2 of the can of Tuna, 2oz

Snack- 2oz Turkey Jerky (18g Protein! )

D- Ground Turkey and Bean Chili, 3oz

Water- About 50oz so far

Exercise- Closing in on 10,000 steps

Heaviest: 335   Currently: 190

Yum! what kind of jerky? I've been looking for high protein quick foods.. I found these but can't eat them yet lol

It was Jack Links Original Turkey Strips jerky. For 2oz, it was 140 cal, 4g fat, 9g carb, and a hefty 18g protein. The sodium is a little high, but a typical WLS diet is so low in sodium anyway that it doesn't hurt according to my Nutritionist. 

It was a good alternative to my old lifestyle's snacking habits haha!
