For those who struggle, and are stuck. . you can do it!

I have been stuck between 187 and 182 for months.  My dad died in April and my mother died earlier this month.  I turned to emotional eating after my dad's death, but the nutritionist helped me get back on track.  My mother's death was harder because they're both gone, but I did not turn to eating.  If anything, I slowed down on my water and now my lips are so chapped, they're peeling off.  Yuck.

Now that the fog is starting to lift a little, I need to start to make better preparations like I use to do.  This week, I brought in cottage cheese and yogurts.  I have been living on cottage cheese, yogurt and protein bars.

I WANT TO GET TO 170 and then I would like to get down to 159 for a "normal" BMI, but I have to make that first goal.  Then, I will consult for a LBL.

One of my friends' mothers once told me if you have a goal that you want to achieve, write it down and bury it in your garden.  I guess you guys are my garden.
