Your tips and tricks for when the scale stops moving???

I watched a YouTube video where the vsger had a 3 month stall and was struggling with the idea that she hadn't hit her goal weight.  Then suddenly started losing weight again.  Your body may just need time.

Just don't add calories...... subtract.

on a lighter note . .  .just kick the scale .  . that'll move it

@Grim - Don't presume that you know anything about me or MY weight loss journey.  I don't THINK I know that increasing my carbs SLIGHTLY broke my stall. I KNOW that increasing my carbs slightly broke a month long stall.  I am not suggesting that HKinzfnp increase to 300 carbs a day or anything, just SLIGHTLY.
